Built using an innovative modular construction system, the design allows the home to expand from a studio to a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom layout over time without requiring major structural demolition.

Thoughtfully engineered for energy efficiency and Tucson’s desert climate, Casita Sama features a clean, versatile aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with a wide range of existing homes and property styles. As one of the winning designs from the 2023 City of Tucson ADU Competition, Casita Sama is also available as a pre-approved plan for streamlined development.
